Service Administrator Guide

 

 

Access:  Service Administrator 

 

The Service Administrator is the person who is responsible for the home page service icons of your school shop, and uses the partner website. 

 

They can:
    

  • Change what services (icons) are seen
  • Create new services (icons)
  • Attach a supplier's category to a service
  • Set the dates when each service is open and closed
  • Invite new suppliers - both internal and external
  • 'Hide' individual items so they can't be seen by families
  • Add another Service Administrator     

One person may also hold other roles for your school. 

One person can also have these roles for different schools and different suppliers.
