Service Administrator Guide
Access: Service Administrator
The Service Administrator is the person who is responsible for the home page service icons of your school shop, and uses the partner website.
They can:
- Change what services (icons) are seen
- Create new services (icons)
- Attach a supplier's category to a service
- Set the dates when each service is open and closed
- Invite new suppliers - both internal and external
- 'Hide' individual items so they can't be seen by families
- Add another Service Administrator
One person may also hold other roles for your school.
One person can also have these roles for different schools and different suppliers.
