Access: Service Administrators
When a service no longer needs to be visible to your families, you can disable or hide the home page service icon (and all the items underneath it) without losing all the information.
This also ensures your Kindo shop doesn't become too over-crowded for your families.
Example: Winter sport registrations have closed, so you would like to hide the 'Sports' service icon from view. You can update the information and 'enable' or 'unhide' it when you are ready for summer sports registrations.
1. On the partner site, select service manager.
2. Click on the service you wish to hide (in the left hand panel) and it will open up all the details of that service in the main panel. At the right of the screen you will see a tick box labelled disabled.
3. Click to insert a tick to hide the service.
4. At the top of the page select the purple Save & Publish button. The service will no longer be visible to families.
NOTE: The service will still appear on your services list under hidden services, and it will be greyed out.
NOTE: Kindo Payables is automatically created and will not show on Service Editor. These services can not be disabled or hidden.
