Access: Service Administrators
If a service has been hidden and you would like it to be visible again, simply enable (unhide) the service icon, update your availability dates and it will be visible on your Kindo shop again.
Example: the Annual School Production icon has been hidden since last year, but now you'd like to sell tickets for this years school production. You need to 'unhide' the service icon and update the information so users can purchase tickets.
Or the Sports icon was hidden after winter sports registrations and can now be open again for the summer sports registrations.
1. On the partner site select service manager.
2. Scroll through your services until you get to the section called hidden.
3. Continue scrolling through the greyed out services until you find the one you wish to enable.
4. Click on the service to bring the details panel up on the right.
5. Untick the disabled option - the service will immediately move up into current services.
6. Ensure you have the correct categories included (and that the items within those categories have the correct event and price information).
7. Modify the dates for this service if necessary under Availability.
8. At the top of the page select Save Draft to save your changes, or Save & Publish to save the changes and make the service icon visible on your Shop site.
You can view your service using the Preview option, so you can see how it will appear to families.
NOTE: Kindo Payables services are automatically created and will not show on Service Editor. These items can not be disabled or hidden.
