Adding a Welcome Image

Adding a Welcome Image

Access: Service Administrators

Uploading a  welcome image

  1. The welcome image is a feature that greets users when they visit the homepage.
  2. It could be a picture of your school, your students (with appropriate permissions) or artwork for instance.
  3. Note that your school logo will already appear at the top left of the homepage, so it is probably not the best choice for a welcome image.

If you choose to not upload your own image, the default Kindo image will be displayed instead.

Before you upload an image, we have some guidance on what images work best.
For best results, your image must:
  1. be either a JPG or PNG format
  2. a landscape photo of 4:3 ratio, or 16:9 smartphone
  3. be clear and not blurred
  4. at least 400KB and no more than 5MB

To upload a custom image for your school or organisation:
  1. Login to partner.kindo.co.nz (or from your Kindo School Admin Home page, click Open partner at top right).
  2. Go to your Service Manager page.
  3. Click on Upload Welcome Image:

  1. Click on Upload image.
  2. Save & Publish to set the new image.
