Access: Service Administrators
Set Rooms list allows parents to select location for their child at your school.
Click on Service Manager. Go to Set rooms list.
For Kindo Shop only schools (non-SMS-integrated) Room numbers need to be added here so caregivers can select Location when they register or update their details for myKindo.
You can add room numbers by selecting the '+'. You can also edit the current room numbers, by clicking on the Room text.
We recommend you add any non-student locations (e.g. Office, Staff) allowing staff to place orders to be delivered to this location.
Keep the room numbers up-to-date throughout the year, e.g. additional New Entrant Classes, teacher changes.
Helpdesk clear the rooms at the end of every year. You will need to set up your rooms list at the start of each year. For more information, please contact our

For SMS-integrated schools, only add any non-student locations (e.g. Office, Staff) as student locations (Rooms) will automatically be available for caregivers to select.
If you have
school staff members who wish to use Kindo Shop, encourage them to set their
Location as office or staff. This is where any staff items (Tickets, lunches etc.) will be delivered. For more information, please visit;
