Welcome!
We’re delighted to have you on board and look forward to supporting you as you begin using the Ezlunch and Kindo platform.

As a supplier, you’ll use the Ezlunch and Kindo Menu Management (Partner) Site to manage the items and products you offer to schools and families. Whether you provide daily lunches, run a school canteen, or support your community through a PTA or parent group, the platform gives you a simple and reliable way to keep your menu accurate and up to date.

Through the Menu Management (Partner) Site, you can easily:

  • Review and edit your menu

  • Update item details such as prices, images, dietary information and categories

  • Manage stock levels for limited-quantity items

  • Keep information clear so families can make informed choices

What You Can Do in Ezlunch & Kindo

Start managing your menu with these key actions. Each guide will walk you through the steps so you can confidently update and maintain your menu.

Getting started
  1. Log into the Ezlunch/Kindo Partner Site -  Log in, reset your password if needed and view your menu.

Managing item details
  1. Adjust prices - Check your current pricing and make updates as needed to keep your menu accurate.
  1. Delete an item from your menu - Remove items you no longer offer.
  1. Upload a new image to your menu - Keep your menu engaging and up to date by adding or replacing item images.
  1. Duplicate an item - Create a copy of an existing item to save time when setting up similar products.

Organising your menu
  1. Change or add categories to your menu - Organise your menu by creating new categories or renaming existing ones.
  1. Move an item to another category - Place items in the category that best fits what you offer.

Managing Stock
  1. Update stock levels - Set the available quantity for an item so Kindo automatically counts down sales and shows Sold Out when limits are reached.

Troubleshooting
  1. Tips for managing your menu - Helpful guidance for saving, updating and keeping your menu working as expected.
