We’re delighted to have you on board and look forward to supporting you as you begin using the Ezlunch and Kindo platform.

As a supplier, you’ll use the Ezlunch and Kindo Menu Management (Partner) Site to manage the items and products you offer to schools and families and the Order Management (Shop) Site to manage orders, deliveries and reporting. Whether you provide daily lunches, run a school canteen, or support your community through a PTA or parent group, the platform gives you a simple and reliable way to keep your menu accurate and up to date.

Through Ezlunch and Kindo, you can easily:
  • Review and edit your menu

  • Update item details such as prices, images, dietary information and categories

  • Manage stock levels for limited-quantity items

  • Keep information clear so families can make informed choices

  • View orders, delivery schedules and reporting

What You Can Do in Ezlunch & Kindo

Use the tools available across the Menu Management (Partner) Site and Order Management (Shop) Site to manage your menu, orders, deliveries and reporting. Each guide walks you through the steps so you can confidently manage your day-to-day tasks.

Getting started

  1. Log in to the Menu Management (Partner) SiteLog in, reset your password if needed and view your menu.

Managing item details

  1. Adjust pricesCheck your current pricing and make updates as needed to keep your menu accurate.
  1. Delete an item from your menu - Remove items you no longer offer.
  1. Upload a new image to your menuKeep your menu engaging and up to date by adding or replacing item images.
  1. Duplicate an item - Create a copy of an existing item to save time when setting up similar products.

Organising your menu

  1. Change or add categories to your menu - Organise your menu by creating new categories or renaming existing ones.
  1. Move an item to another category - Place items in the category that best fits what you offer.

Managing stock

  1. Update stock levelsSet the available quantity for an item so Kindo automatically counts down sales and shows Sold Out when limits are reached.

Orders, deliveries and reporting 

  1. Deliveries dashboardView daily orders, upcoming service changes, delivery schedules and school details in one place.
  1. Print demonstration labels (test orders) Test your label set up using demonstration data before your first service day or after printer changes.
  1. Quick viewQuickly view daily orders, production lists and generate labels for a selected date.
  1. Order status and reporting page - Access detailed order information, filter results and manage order-related tasks.
