Order status and reporting

Order status and reporting

Access: Order Administrators

Order Administrators have access to the Order Status and reporting page where they can view, filter and print reports via the shop site.

You can access Order status and reporting pages under mykindo or from your admin home page.

There are both Excel and CSV options available to allow sorting and data management, as well as a variety of PDF versions for printing too.
Different reports will display different information, so the report you choose will depend on the details you need.

Quick View

Quick view was set up specifically to deal with daily order processing. It will display orders due for delivery on the selected day.
The day selector will default to today but can be adjusted to display orders due for delivery a week prior or forward just over a week.

View Production List provides a quick overview of what has been ordered on a selected day, with the option to view results by location and supplier(s). It shows the number of customers, labels, total items, and total value for each location.

This view does not include individual customer details such as student names or caregiver information

View and print labels allows you to generate and export or print labels for orders from a selected delivery day and one or more supplier(s).
