Quick view reporting
Access: Order Administrator
Quick View is used for daily order processing. It displays orders due for delivery on a selected day and is most commonly used for services with a daily cut-off time, like lunches.
How to access Quick View
From Order Status and Reporting
- From your admin home page, select Order Status and Reporting
- Select the Quick view tab
From the Deliveries dashboard (food suppliers only)
- From your admin home page, select Order Status and Reporting
- Select Deliveries dashboard in the top-right of the page
From the daily orders section, you can access Quick view through View list and View and print labels.
Using Quick View
The day selector defaults to today but can be adjusted to show orders up to a week before or just over a week ahead.
View production list
Select View production list (or View list from the Deliveries dashboard) to see what has been ordered for the selected day, including number of customers, labels, total items and total value. You can filter by location and supplier.
The date can also be adjusted from within the production list if needed.
List type controls how items are displayed in the production list:
- Standard - Shows each product individually with full options and choices detail
- Extended - shows totals per category with choices (if any) listed per item
This view does not include individual customer information such as student or caregiver names.
View and print labels
Select View and print labels to generate printable labels for the selected day. You will need to select a Label type before searching.
Once a Label type is selected, you can also check Preview labels (demo data) and select Search to test your printer and label settings using demonstration data - useful before your live service begins.
- If there is a cut-off time, Quick View will show all orders placed before the cut-off for that day.
- If there is no cut-off time, it will show orders collected up to the current time - there may be further orders placed later in the day.
