The stock function allows you to enter in the quantity available of an item. Every time a purchase is made, Kindo will count down the available quantity. Once there are none left, SOLD OUT will appear and users will be unable to purchase the item.
If a parent pays by bank transfer, stock levels will only update once it has cleared, which can take 2-3 business days.
Examples of Use;
School Productions where there is limited capacity in the school hall so you need to limit ticket sales.
School trips where there is a limited number of spaces available.
Fundraising - use at end of year when don't want to hold a lot of stock over the summer (e.g. you sell ice blocks, you only want to buy 200 so you aren't left with ice blocks to store all summer).
1. On the Partner site select item editor and check you are operating as the correct supplier
2. Select the category the item is in. (You can scroll through the categories to select).
3. Click on Edit Item.

4. Scroll down to Available Quantity and click on the Edit button.

5. Enter the quantity available in the pop-up box and press save
6. Stock will be updated instantly on your Shop site, no need to publish (unless other changes have also been made).
On your Shop site, users will see the number of tickets available. In this example, 250 tickets are left for Junior Ticket 1-4 for the Disco 24 June but the Junior goody bag for 24 June is Sold Out.
You can adjust your stock levels at any time.
Example: There are 190 tickets left for the production and the school has decided to give 10 tickets to the local kindergarten. Edit your stock levels by removing 10 tickets, entering 180 into the pop-up box. This will immediately show on your Shop site.Note: If the item sells out while a bank transfer is pending, the transaction will be rejected. For limited availability items without a cut-off time and date set, recommend an instant payment method such as POLi, Online Eftpos, or credit/debit card, or set the closing date at least 3 days before the event or deadline.
