Deliveries Dashboard

Access: Order Administrators

The Deliveries dashboard gives food suppliers a clear, consolidated view of their orders, upcoming service changes and school deliveries - all in one place.

It is designed to make daily order management simple and efficient, bringing key delivery information together in a single dashboard. If there are service or delivery schedule changes, a notification banner will appear at the top of the Deliveries dashboard. This highlights how many schools are affected and prompts you to review the changes.

How to access the dashboard


1. Log into the shop site and select Order status from the Admin home page

2. Select the Deliveries dashboard button at the top-right of the page.



You will be taken directly to the Deliveries dashboard, where you can view or access:
    1. Daily orders with quick links to a production list and label printing
    2. Schedule updates and service changes
    3. Your delivery calendar, with views available by week, fortnight, or month
    4. School delivery details






If you're a food supplier, we recommend setting the deliveries dashboard as your shop home page for quick daily access.

            


Understanding the Deliveries Dashboard


Daily orders, production lists and labels


The daily orders section shows the total number of orders due for delivery today.

From this section, you can: 
  1. Open your production list for the day
  2. View and print labels for packing and delivery

      

Both options open in quick view, taking you to the production and labelling pages for the selected day, where you can change the date if needed.

Schedule updates and service changes

The schedule updates section highlights any upcoming changes that may affect your deliveries.

This includes:
  1. School closures
  2. Service opening and closing periods

If an update applies to more than one school, you can select View schools to see which schools are affected.




These dates will also appear in your calendar, and the Kindo/Ezlunch team will have also already been in touch with you about any important changes.


Calendar


The Calendar shows your upcoming deliveries across all schools in a calendar view. It reflects scheduled delivery days and closures.

Select Today to highlight the current date. You can also switch between weekly, fortnightly, and monthly views.



Deliveries appear with a truck icon, selecting the truck icon displays all delivery details, including the School, Delivery time and Address.



If a school is closed, it will appear in red on the calendar with a cross.




Select the red entry to view the Closure reason.





School details


The School details section gives you a clear, at-a-glance view of the schools you deliver to and the key information you need for planning and delivery.






Each school displays with:

  1. School
    Displays the school name and logo for easy visual identification, along with any fundraising information linked to the menu.

  1. Service windows
Shows when the service is active for the school, including start and end dates.

  1. Delivery
Displays the delivery days and associated delivery deadlines.

  1. Delivery location
Shows where deliveries should be made, including the school address.

  1. Notes 
Includes any delivery instructions or reminders, such as where to leave orders or details for less frequent services.

  1. Contact
Lists the primary contact details for delivery purposes, typically the school office.


You can also:

  1. Search for schools using names, locations, notes or contact details.


  1. Filter by delivery day to focus on specific delivery schedules



  1. Print a PDF summary for drivers to use during deliveries




  1. Export the school details to excel if needed
