Order Administrator Guide

Access: Order Administrators

Order Administrators have special rights on the 'live' shop site that allows them to see an 'Order Status' page where orders can be viewed, printed, filtered and have their status updated.

Order Administrators can;

Check product stock levels;
View the Daily report (Quick View Reporting);
view and print Full Reporting, including filtering reports;
Change order status.
