Stocks & reports



Stock levels can be set for individual items (by the Menu Administrator on the partner site) and then monitored through the Order status and reporting page (on the shop site). 
Product Stock can be used for things like ticket sales, lunch items, or trips where there is limited availability. 



The stock levels may be adjusted at any time through the Item Editor on the partner site


Stock displays the quantity remaining on a given date. It does not include future orders of the item, which is especially important when considering food items for lunches that can be ordered in advance.

Login to item editor and the link will take you through to the partner site, where changes can be made to the stock numbers of your items if you need to adjust them.
