Access: Order Administrators
The available quantity of a product can be used for things like ticket sales, lunch items, or trips where there is limited availability.
Available quantity (or stock level) can be set for individual items (by the Menu Administrator on the partner site):
Stocks levels can then be monitored and adjusted via the Order status and reporting page (on the shop site):
- Stock levels for all products with Limited Stock will show here.
- The data updates every few seconds.
- You can adjust stock levels as needed (e.g. if more stock is delivered, or more spaces become available on a trip).
Stock displays the quantity remaining on a given date. It does not include future orders of the item, which is especially important when considering food items for lunches that can be ordered in advance.
If you prefer, stock levels may also be adjusted at any time through the Item Editor on the partner site. (Remember to Save & Publish to make your adjustments live.)
