Quick Guide to Payments & Registrations with Permissions

Schools and Clubs can set up registrations and payments, collect permissions and other information, and include links to other websites (for rules, information, draws & results) using the set up described in this document.

Any item where you need permission given, a question answered, information entered or a statement agreed to will benefit from using this set up, including:

  • Sport registrations
  • Trips
  • Camps
  • Events

You can even ask for Parent Help or Team Coaches or Team Manager Volunteers!

Go to our Knowledge Base Article:  Sports Registrations with PermissionsIn this example, we have used Sports Registrations but the set up will be the same for any type of event where you'd like to use an online form. Covered in this guide are:

  • Sports registrations with permission slips (how it will look on the shop site)
  • Creating the listing (Menu Administrator)
  • Creating the home page service icon (Service Administrator)
  • Hiding a sport without losing it (Service Administrator)
  • Checking Registrations (Order Administrator).

For more detailed information on any of the steps outlined, visit the Editing & Creating section of our online support portal.

For more examples of the types of questions you can include, see our article Sports Questions Examples.

Go to our Knowledge Base Article:  Kindo Payables for Sports CoordinatorsIn this example, we have used Sports Registrations but the set up will be the same for any type of event where you'd like to use an online form. Covered in this guide are:
  1. Creating a Kindo shop item for your sporting code
  2. Creating a Kindo payable item for your sporting code
  3. Creating a Group
  4. Creating a Sports category in Payables
  5. Using the Payable Status

Sports registrations and/or deposits can be set up as a Kindo shop item.  Everyone will be able to see the different sporting codes and sign up for the ones that they want to play.Once registrations are closed, you can call up a report from the order status page to see who has registered. Your groups might be team specific, or they could just be sport specific, depending on your charges and how you apply them.
