Initial set up of Xero Rapid Integration

Access: Payable Administrators

You can request Xero Rapid Integration simply by emailing the helpdesk - helpdesk@kindo.co.nz

Once we have set up the additional Xero pages, you will get a confirmation email and can begin the setting up process.

You will need to have done the following steps prior to the integration set up:
  1. Our company set up as a contact in Xero (Kindo or The Growth Collective)
  2. A general ledger code in Xero for 'Kindo fees'
  3. A general ledger code in Xero for ' Kindo Clearing Account'

1.    Login to Xero.

2.   Login to Kindo Shop Admin home page https://shop.tgcl.co.nz

3.   From your Admin Home page, select the Xero tab.


4.   Select the Connect to Xero option.

 

5.     An option will appear in Xero, telling you that Kindo invoicing wants to access Xero.  Select Allow access.

As part of the initial set up you will be required to add some additional set up information. 

This will only need to be done once.

6.     Select the Settings option.

7.      Click Use this contact to use the contact Kindo you have set up in Xero, and the system has selected.
Ensure you SAVE after selection of contact.

 

 

 If no contact appears, enter Kindo or The Growth Collective (however you have entered it in Xero) and select Search, to search your Xero contacts.

 



8.     Select the Xero ledger codes for Kindo fee and Kindo Clearing account.

 

9.     Ensure you Select Apply.  This will save the contact information and ledger codes and return you to the Xero tab, which will now show you an invoice list, if you are already live.

10. After Steps 7 - 9 Log off and Login again to ensure settings are saved.  Please note this is only required the first time you use the Xero integration function.
