If you want to use the stock function, i.e. you have a limited supply of certain items and do not want to oversell, then you will need to list each size of each item as a different listing:
- Jnr Shirt - size XS
- Jnr Shirt - size S
- Jnr Shirt - size M
Jnr Shirt - size L

Using the stock function
1. On the Partner site select item editor.
2. Select the category the item is in.
3. Scroll down to item and click on the Edit button.
4. Click on the pencil next to Available quantity. (The default setting is unlimited).
5. Enter the Limited stock quantity in the Update Stock window and press save.
6. Stock will be updated instantly on your Shop site, no need to save and publish (unless other changes have also been made).
On your Shop site, users will see the number of uniform items available.
In this example, Jnr White long sleeve Shirt XLarge has SOLD OUT and Jnr White long sleeve Shirt XS has 68 left in stock.
If a parent pays by bank transfer, stock levels will only update once it has cleared, which can take 2–3 business days. You can adjust your stock levels at any time. Remember to update them whenever new stock arrives.
If you want to use the stock function, i.e. you have a limited supply of certain items and do not want to oversell, then you will need to list each size of each item as a different listing.

If you do not need to monitor stock numbers, then you can use choices for sizing:
- Shorts; choice of size 4, 6, 8, 10, 12
- T-shirt; choice of size 4, 6, 8, 10, 12
- Sweatshirt; choice of size 4, 6, 8, 10, 12
Another important consideration is price. If sizes are priced differently, you can use priced choices to manage this within a single item, or create separate listings for each price point - whichever suits your reporting needs. See Setting up uniform listings for more information.
