How to view a customers' transactions

Access: Manager rights

Managers have special rights on the live shop site, which allows them to access the Customer page, where they can view a families transactions, cancel a Kindo Shop order a family has placed if it is before the cut-off time, or process a refund for a Kindo shop item.

Families can also view all their transactions using their 'my orders' option.

If you don't currently have access to our Customer page, and would like this functionality, please email our Helpdesk - helpdesk@kindo.co.nz

1.    Log in to the Shop site and select the customer tab.  





2.     Type the students first name into the Member field.  (Alternatively you can type the Account holders surname in the family field. This may be different from the child's surname).

3.     Select the correct student from the list, or if there is only one student with that first name it will automatically be selected.

The family details will appear at the top of the screen, followed by a list of all their transactions. This includes purchases, top up, refunds and cancelled orders, with the most recent transaction at the top.
