Current Available (Proto) Payables
Access: Payables Administrator
Payable Prototypes (protos) payables are so named because they are used as a base or template, when creating individual payables for students.
This report will show you all items listed in the Kindo Payables category on the partner site.
1. Login to the shop site and select the Admin option.
2. Click on the Reporting button.
3. Select View Classic Reporting.
4. Select Kindo Payables from the first drop-down box, and Current Available (Proto) Payables from the second drop-down box.
The report will appear on the screen.
5. You can then select Results to download a csv file, which you can then print or share this information as required.
Customise your results by choosing between All or Selected payable items.
If you choose Selected, you can use your Shift / Control keys to multi-select items.
