Resending an electronic receipt via Connect Page

Access:  Manager rights


On Shop siteManagers have access the Connect page, where they can resend the electronic receipt of a Kindo Shop order a family has placed.

Great for when families loose their donation receipt! Families can also resend themselves an electronic receipt using 'my orders' option.

If you don't currently have access to our Connect page, and would like this functionality, please email our Helpdesk - helpdesk@kindo.co.nz


1.    Log in to the Shop site and select the Connect tab.



2.    Select the correct student, and a list of all their transactions will appear on the screen.  This includes orders, top-ups, refunds and cancelled orders, and has the most recent order at the top.

3.    Each purchase will have two options next to it. Select the Send confirmation option from the 'More actions' drop down next to the purchase you wish to resend the electronic receipt for.



4.   A pop-up box will appear. Select Yes to resend the electronic receipt to the email address associated with the kindo account.

5.  If a donation receipt was connected with the original purchase, this will also be resent.
