Manager Role/Connect Page
Access: Manager
Managers have special rights on the shop site that allows them access to the Connect page.
They can:
- Search by name or email to see a customers' transactions
- Resend email confirmation of transactions
- Cancel orders
- Refund payments
Anyone wishing to be a Manager must email helpdesk@kindo.co.nz.
Any email address can be given the rights of ‘Manager’, but it would usually be Kindo Payables Administrators, or the Order Administrator and/or Account Contact that would be given this role.
