Payment requests & Payable Status actions


Send Payment Requests for outstanding payments

Caregivers can be sent an email reminder (payment request) for any outstanding payables. The personalised email will list all outstanding payables for caregiver.
Each email will contain a personalised link, which will either take caregivers to their myKindo home page to easily make their payment, or will allow them to quickly and easily create their account.
The whole process makes it quick and easy for caregivers to make payments, which means outstanding payments come in more quickly to the school.

Payable Status

Payable Status page allows you to view and download who has paid, part paid and not paid a Kindo payable item. For more information, please visit Viewing and Downloading payables and payments.

Payable items can be hidden or given an exempt status. For more information, please visit: Viewing hidden and exempt status payables.

You can carry out an action on a payable(s). Actions allow you to: 

  • Change Charged Amount;
  • Hide payable items;
  • Unhide payable items;
  • Unapply a payable;
  • Exempt a student from a payable;
  • Retire a payable;
  • Refund Payable;
  • Pre-paid Enrolment;
  • Save Group.
