Manager Role/Customer Page

Access:  Manager 

Managers have special rights on the shop site that allows them access to the Customer page. 

They can:

  • Search by name or email to see a customers' transactions
  • Resend email confirmation of transactions
  • Cancel orders
  • Refund payments

Anyone wishing to be a Manager must email helpdesk@kindo.co.nz. 

Any email address can be given the rights of ‘Manager’, but it would usually be the Order Administrator and/or Account Contact that would be given this role.
