Kindo/SchoolBridge Integration - Teacher/Finance Process
The Kindo/SchoolBridge integration offers an integrated workflow for processing form-based payments in schools. This guide outlines the step-by-step process from form creation through payment monitoring, including required coordination between teachers and finance administrators.

The SchoolBridge integration is available for Payment Request (Payable) schools with Kamar. Please contact the helpdesk if you would like to learn more about enabling this feature for your school.
Teacher Workflow
1. Form Creation
- Teacher creates a new form in SchoolBridge
- Enters form details (name, description, requirements, etc.)
- Configures form fields and settings
2. Payment Integration Setup
- Teacher selects "Pay on Kindo" option
- Form details are automatically sent to Kindo via API
- Associated memberships are transmitted as they are added to the form
3. Finance Co-ordination

5. Form Activation
- Once payment request is created and applied, teacher can activate the form in SchoolBridge
- Activation makes both the form and payment request visible to caregivers
Ongoing Management
6. Membership Updates
- Any changes to form memberships are automatically shared with Kindo via API
- Allows for real-time membership and payment application management in Kindo
- Ensures data consistency across both platforms
7. Payment Monitoring
- As caregivers make payments, Kindo shares payment status with SchoolBridge
- Teachers can monitor payment progress directly in SchoolBridge
- Real-time visibility of form completion and payment status across platforms allowing for effective management
