About Xero Rapid Integration

About Xero Rapid Integration

Xero Rapid Integration lets Kindo create a correctly coded draft invoice in Xero for your Kindo payments — in just a few clicks.

It’s available to all Kindo customers who use Xero.

What does Xero Rapid Integration do?

Instead of reconciling hundreds of individual payments in Xero, Kindo does the heavy lifting for you.

Kindo:
  1. Collates individual payments into one daily or weekly deposit
  2. Automatically sorts totals by item or payment request
  3. Creates a single draft invoice in Xero that matches the Kindo deposit
  4. Supports tracking categories and codes for more detailed income reporting

All you need to do is review and approve.
No manual coding. No batching. No matching individual transactions.

What gets included in the Xero draft invoice?

When you click Create in Xero in Kindo, the draft invoice will:

  1. Break totals down by item or payment request
  2. Show Kindo fees coded correctly
  3. Include cash and POS payments receipted through Kindo
  4. Include refunds where applicable

GL codes added to items and payment requests in Kindo will appear automatically in Xero, making reporting straightforward and audit-friendly.
