SchoolBridge Integration with Kindo
If your school uses SchoolBridge, you can connect forms directly to Kindo for payment — giving caregivers a smooth, all-in-one experience for paying and completing forms in one go.
The integration is set up once by the Kindo team — reach out to us to get up and running.
How it works
Each time you create a form with payment, the process runs across both platforms:
- SchoolBridge: A form is created and configured to use Kindo as the payment method.
- Kindo: A payable is created and linked to the SchoolBridge form.
- SchoolBridge: Once the connection is confirmed, the form is activated and goes live for caregivers.
In most schools, the teacher manages the SchoolBridge steps and the finance admin handles the Kindo side.
What caregivers experience
Once everything is set up and activated, caregivers will see the form on their Kindo account. They can complete the form and payment in one connected flow, whether they start from Kindo or from SchoolBridge.
Notes
- The integration needs to be set up once by the Kindo team. After that, your staff manage the process for each new form.
- The form won't be visible to caregivers until it has been fully set up in both platforms and activated.
- Each SchoolBridge form can only be connected to one Kindo payable.
