We are excited to share the arrival of the new look Payable Maintenance page.
We think you will love the new features that make it even easier to manage your payables, simplifying your day-to-day tasks and saving you precious time.
The idea behind the Payable Maintenance page is that you don’t have to remember to add or remove existing payables to new students or students who have left or been removed from a group.
Kindo automatically proposes actions for you to approve based on rules.

PAYABLE APPLY - now even simpler to navigate
You can now navigate around our Payable Apply page easily and quickly, applying payables to individuals, room, group, year or the entire school.
Payables are easier to find using drop-down menus, and there are information boxes 
to give you more information to help guide you through the steps.
Pop up boxes will appear once you have made your selections, helping you each step of the way.
You can view the group before you apply the payable and you can quickly remove the payable from the list if it is no longer relevant.
This new, streamline look and step-by-step approach will help you apply payables quickly and easily!

GROUPS EDITOR - new search and viewing options
You can now view, search and sort student(s) within a Kindo group.
You can sort your students in ascending or descending order; alphabetically or by rooms or by year group.
You can also search for an individual student making it easier to add and remove students from your Kindo Groups.

ORDER STATUS AND REPORTING PAGE - more features and new look!
With its fresh new look and enhanced features, it is easier than ever for administrators to manage orders on the Kindo 'order status and reporting' page, saving you more time in your busy schedule!
What can you expect from these enhancements?
- A fresh, new look with better navigation;
- It will remember where you left off last time, and take you back when you login;
- View orders, members, categories or product alphabetically;
- New filters to make reporting faster;
- New calendar view makes it easy to select a date range;
- Change a single or group of orders and their status at the click of a button.
