Access: Menu Administrators

The Delivery Address automatically defaults to "Room", and this is what we RECOMMEND using.

However there are other options you can choose.

Options for Delivery are as follows:

  1. Room - the default address is the students room. NOTE: for schools NOT using Kindo Payables , room numbers get automatically cleared out at the beginning of a new year. The first time the user makes a purchase in the new year they will be prompted to add in their new room number

  2. Address - this option is useful for celebrations, jubilees, fundraisers and Grandparents Days when those coming may not have children at the school. NOTE: If a delivery address has been entered previously, the user will not be asked for it again.

  3. Either - The user can choose to get the item or ticket delivered to a Room or to an Address

  4. Neither Required - using this option means neither a room number OR address will be collected, so it will not be available for any reports. We DO NOT recommend this option for schools.
