School Managed Accounts Report
Access: Kindo Payable Administrators
This reporting option allows schools to see which of their caregivers have a School Managed Account.
If caregivers have a School Managed Account, they will not be able to see their outstanding payments for any payables or Payable items that the school has applied. They will also not get any electronic receipts for payments marked against them on the POS page.
1. Choose the Reporting option from the main Kindo Payables menu.
2. Select View new reports.
3. Under the Operations reporting list select School Managed Accounts.
4. A list will display showing each caregiver’s first and last name, email address, associated students, last transaction date, and current balance.
6. You can filter this report by student name, student ID, or caregiver name, and export it if needed.
You can then contact these caregivers and discuss handing the school managed account over to them.
The handover email they receive will expire after 48 hours, so it’s a good idea to let them know.
