Access: Kindo Payable Administrators
This reporting option allows schools to see which of their caregivers have a School Managed Account.
If caregivers have a School Managed Account, they will not be able to see their outstanding payments for any payables or Payable items that the school has applied. They will also not get any electronic receipts for payments marked against them on the POS page.
1. Login to the shop site and select the Admin option for the main Kindo Payables menu.
2. Click on the Reporting option.
3. Select Kindo Payables from the first drop-down box, and School Managed Account List from the second drop-down box.
4. A list will appear on the screen showing you the caregivers email address and name, along with the date created and the balance on the account.
