Paying on behalf of a student (extended family or organisations)
If someone other than a caregiver (e.g. a grandparent, family friend, or organisation) is paying for a student, there are a few ways to manage this depending on the situation.

School Managed Accounts - when the school needs to manage a caregiver's account and handle payments on their behalf over time
Community Shop - when you want to allow the wider community to purchase shop items themselves (e.g. fundraising or events)
