Refund action in Payable Status

What can you expect from new feature:
  1. New Search boxes make it easy to find the Payable;
  2. New Filters make it easy to find and select student(s);
  3. Selecting the new Action - Refund using the dropdown menu;
  4. You can refund all payments made towards a payable for an individual;
  5. You can bulk refund payments for selected student or selected payable;
  6. Refunded amounts will be automatically returned to the Caregiver's myKindo account;
  7. Comments show why this refund has occurred for your records and will show on the customer page and on your account reporting.

     PLEASE NOTE - Helpdesk are still required to do partial refunds.  Please contact them if you have any queries at all.
