Enabling order notifications

Access: Menu Administrators

If your Order Administrators would like to receive an email notification each time an order is placed in the Kindo Shop, you can turn this function on for them. You are not, however, able to be product specific with the notifications - if you turn on email notifications then the Order Administrator will receive emails for every item ordered.

1. On the partner site, select item editor. 




Check you are operating as the correct supplier.



2. Select Manage Order Administrators on the right side of your screen.




3. A pop-up box with a list of all your Order Administrators will appear. Select the person who wants to receive the emails and tick Receive Order Notification to on.




4. Click Done. The next time a customer places an order on the Kindo Shop, the Order Administrator will receive an email.

Email notifications for orders also means that the Order status will get changed from pending to processing automatically, and users will not be able to cancel any orders.
