Changing your daily order cutoff time
Access: Kindo Helpdesk
Your Daily Order Cutoff is the time and day that orders close for your service.
See our article Daily Order Cutoff - What it is and When to use it for more information.
The Daily Cutoff is set by your Menu Administrator when first creating a new Category and can NOT be changed by the Menu Administrator once set.
However, our Helpdesk team can make changes to the cutoff time.
Please contact our Helpdesk with the following information:
- Supplier name
- Name of the category
- New cutoff day and time
It will only take the Helpdesk a few minutes to update this for you.
Call 0508 454 636 (0508 4 KINDO) or email helpdesk@kindo.co.nz
