School Payments online - Staff information

School staff can use Kindo to order lunch and support school fundraisers, just like families do. Kindo is open 24/7, so you can place orders any time that suits you.

Create an account

If you don't have a Kindo account yet, create one here — select  Sign up for free and follow the prompts. Enter your details as both the account holder and the member.

If you already have a Kindo account (for example, as a parent at another school), skip to Add yourself as a member.

Add yourself as a member

Once you're logged in, go to my details.

Under Members, select Add member. When prompted for a location, select the school where you work. Under Location, select the staff option. Talk with your school administrator if this does not appear.

Notes
The form says "Add member (e.g. student)" — this is where you add yourself as a staff member too.

Top up your wallet

There are two ways to top up — through myKindo wallet in the top navigation, or at checkout if you need to add funds when placing an order.

To top up via myKindo wallet, select it from the top navigation, choose your preferred payment method and the amount you'd like to add, then select Pay now.

  1. Credit/Debit card — card service fee applies, processed securely by Stripe
  2. Alipay — transaction fee applies, processed securely by Stripe
  3. POLi — $0 fee, enter your details via POLi's portal
  4. Online EFTPOS — $0 fee, approve via your mobile banking app
  5. Bank transfer — $0 fee, transfer manually through your bank

Notes
Bank transfers can take 1–3 working days to process. If you need funds available quickly, choose another payment method.
Info
Your available wallet balance is shown at the top of every page.

Shopping and ordering

From the home page, browse the shop and add items to your cart. You can also buy fundraising items and support school events through Kindo.

If you're placing an Ezlunch order, select the supplier you'd like to order from and keep the following in mind:

  1. Some suppliers only deliver on certain days
  2. Cut-off for ordering is usually 9am on the day, though some suppliers may cut off earlier (e.g. the day before)
  3. You can order for a single day or place the same order across multiple dates

Select the dates you want, then choose Continue. Use filters to narrow options by price, dietary requirements, or availability.

Once you've made your selection, confirm the order is for yourself (your name will pop up), add any extras (such as fillings or condiments), and proceed to your cart.

For more help with purchasing items, see Purchase an item.

Checkout

When you're ready to place your order, go to your cart and select Checkout. If your balance covers the order, select Place order to confirm. If you need to add funds, you'll be prompted to top up before completing the purchase.

You'll receive an email confirming your order and any top-up payment.
