School Payments online - Staff information

School Payments online - Staff information

We are excited to introduce our Kindo School shop. All staff can order lunch and support fundraisers easily!
It’s easy, convenient, and open 24/7. It is our preferred method of payment, and we encourage you to set-up your myKindo account today.

Create an account

If you don't have children at any school using Kindo but would like to order lunches or support fundraisers, you can create an account.

Click here and select Create account. Follow the prompts, entering in your details as both the account holder and the member.
Once you have created an account, go to my details.
Add yourself as a new member using the school where you work as your location.

If you already have a myKindo account, add yourself as a new member, under my details, using the school where you work as your location.

Payment

There are a number of ways you can choose to top up your account, and this can be done at the checkout, or by selecting the ‘myKindo wallet’ option.

Shopping

You can shop at our Kindo Shop and add items into your shopping cart.

With ezlunch, just select the supplier you wish to purchase from. Please note some suppliers only supply on certain days. Cut off for orders is 9am on the day of the order but some suppliers may have an earlier cut off (such as the day before).
Order for one day or order the same item for multiple days. The calendar can be viewed as a list or as a calendar.

Click the dates required and click continue.
You can filter the food available using filters according to price or dietary requirements or availability, just select and click apply.

Once you have made your selection, select whom the order is for (in this case your name will come up) and make any additional choices such as soy sauce, or sandwich fillings etc.

Fundraising Items and Events

You can support the school and purchase other items using myKindo.

For more information, please visit: Purchase an item

Once you have made all your purchases, go to the cart and click Checkout.

If you have sufficient funds, then simply click Place Order at the checkout and you’re done!
If you have insufficient funds, you will be required to top up your account before placing your order.

Your order will automatically go through to the school, and you will receive an email receipt confirming your top up and/or purchase!
