Removing a Payable from your list
Access: Payable Administrators
Kindo Payables are applied from the shop site - https://shop.tgcl.co.nz
The payable pages are accessed via the Admin or School Admin Home options.
This reduces the number of payables in your drop-down box when applying a payable, making it easier to find your current ones. This action does not affect the visibility of outstanding payables for your caregivers, nor removes them from any of your reporting pages.
- Select the Payable from the Payable drop-down list on Payable Apply.
- Select remove from list.
This will remove the payable from your list here only.
This action will not affect the visibility of outstanding payables for your caregivers BUT does remove the item from some reports including the Outstanding Payables (advanced) report which is used for View Only reporting.
If you accidentally remove a payable, or if you need a previously removed payable re-instated - please contact the helpdesk.
