Password reset for another administrator

You can also request a password reset for another administrator within your organisation or supplier group.

1.    Log in to the Partner site.

2.    Select the service manager tab to reset a Service Administrator password, or the item editor tab to reset a password for a person with Menu Administrator rights only, or to reset a shop login password.

3.    Click on Manage Service Administrators.

4.    Click on the reset option next to the Administrator email address that you need to reset the password for.

5.    They will then receive an email in their inbox with a link, to reset their password. 

All they need to do is click on the link and enter in their new password.  They will then be able to log in using their new password.

NOTE: The password link will expire in 24 hours.

IMPORTANT: If the password reset is for the shop site, you will need to make sure you select the Reset option next to their email under the Order Administrator - as it's only the Order Administrator that has access to the shop site.
