Part payment options for Kindo Shop

Part payment options can be set up for your Kindo Shop items, however the payment amounts will be set by you.
1. On the partner site, select item editor and ensure you are operating as the correct supplier.
2. Select the category the item is in and the items will pop up on the right-hand side of your screen.
3. Choose the item you wish to edit (or create a new one) and select Edit item.
4. Enter the price of ONE part payment in the price section.
In our example, the School Donation is $200, and we have decided to break it down into four part payments of $50.
5. Tick Has priced options.
6. Enter 1 into Included in base price. This means that one option will be included in the price of $50. In our example one term would be paid for at a price of $50.
7. Enter the price of each additional option. In our example, each term is going to cost $50.
8. Add the names of the part payments. In our example, we have used Term one, Term two, Term three and Term four.
9. Select Save & Publish to make the changes visible on the school shop site.
This is how it will look on the shop site:
| The caregiver will click on "Termly Donation". A screen will come up asking them to choose which child this applies to. They will then be taken to options. Caregivers can choose to pay for one term for $50, two terms for $100, three terms for $150 or four terms for $200. | |
The item will now be added to the cart, ready for them to pay and checkout.
