Our Kindo Helpdesk (helpdesk@kindo.co.nz) can also provide the following additional actions:
- Process a refund for a payable item that has been part-paid.
- Change the total amount to be paid on a payable item when payment has been made in full. A partial refund will be processed, and this can only be done 10 students at a time so may take time to process for larger groups.
- Logo for payments requests updated.
