Moving a Payable from Current to Historic
Current published Payables are able to marked as Historic via the Payable Catalogue page.
Marking an item as Historic does not affect outstanding items, caregivers will be able to see them/pay for them.
Once an item has been marked as Historic the below changes will happen:
- You will no longer be able to edit the item via Payable Catalogue.
- The item will no longer appear on Payable Apply to apply to new students.
- The item will be searchable on Payable Status only when you select 'ALL' next to the search box.
- The item will not be visible on your key Kindo Payable Reporting options e.g. Classic Student Payables Review, and Outstanding Payables (Advanced).
- The item will not show in your list on Payable Rollover to choose to Rollover.
Marking as Historic/Marking as Current can be done both ways, so if you do accidentally mark an item as historic prematurely, you can move it back to current at any point.
You are able to mark items as historic in two ways
- Individually via the Actions drop down option to the right of each item on Payable Catalogue.
- In bulk by ticking the required items to the left of each row on Payable Catalogue.
If you no longer need an item visible at all, and there are no outstanding student payables against it, you are now able to delete.
