Moving a Kindo payables item to Kindo Payables Historic
Access: Payables Administrator
It is important NOT to delete any products in the Kindo Payables category on the partner site. Instead of deleting items, we recommend moving the item into the Kindo Payables Historic category.
This ensures you can keep the Kindo Payables category tidy but you also don't lose any data.
1. On the partner site, select item editor and ensure you are operating as the correct supplier.
2. Select Kindo Payables from the list of categories.
3. Select Move category for the item you wish to move.
4. You will get the option to move the item to Kindo Payables Historic.
5. Click the arrow to move the item.
6. Save & Publish.
NOTE: the item will still be visible on accounts that have an outstanding payment, and on your Payable Apply list.
