Important: Kindo infrastructure upgrades
We're
upgrading our technology platform infrastructure on January 19th 2025. In
order to make sure there is no disruption to service there are a couple
of things we need you to do.Key Actions Required:
1. Note system outage: Kindo will be unavailable for admins and caregivers on Sunday 19th January from 7am to approximately 12pm while this upgrade takes place.
2. Update bookmarks to new URL: Both Shop and Partner sites will be shop.kindo.co.nz and partner.kindo.co.nz following this upgrade - the old URLS (tgcl) will automatically redirect.
3. Whitelist new email senders - Emails from Kindo will come from @ kindo.co.nz email addresses (instead of @ tgcl). The key ones for system emails will be noreply@mail.kindo.co.nz including accounting, registration and other system notices. Support emails (support@kindo.co.nz and helpdesk@kindo.co.nz) will stay the same.
4. Update password manager settings to reflect the updated URLs. Please also note that that any active sessions you had prior to this update will be lost, and you will need to log in again (so please save your changes).
shop.tgcl.co.nz will be shop.kindo.co.nz
partner.tgcl.co.nz will be partner.kindo.co.nz
5.Configure
popup blockers (or ask your IT team for assistance) to
ensure pop-ups for kindo.co.nz are not blocked. This is especially
important for Partner pages and Shop "Order Status" page.
Helpdesk will be available to support during this time. We
have completed rigorous testing to ensure this upgrade is a smooth
transition for everyone, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you
