If you have forgotten your password, for either the shop site or the partner site, request a password reset.

PARTNER SITE

1.      On the partner site select Forgot password?


2.      Enter your email address and click Reset Password.



3.      You will receive an email in your inbox with a link to reset your password. Click on the link and reset your password. 
NOTE: the password link expires after 24 hours.

4. Once reset, you should now be able to login in with you new password.

SHOP SITE

1. On the shop site select Forgotten Password?


1. Enter your email address and click Reset Password.


2. You will receive an email in your inbox with a link to reset your password. Click on the link and reset your password.
NOTE: the password link expires after 24 hours.

3. Log in using your new password.
