Kindo reporting upgrade in progress
We are working on upgrading our reporting facilities, starting with a new report that includes comparative historical data. You'll see that report now available in the new page for reporting, while others will be moving over progressively... while we transition to the new format, you'll be able to choose which reporting area to access from Payables Reporting.
The new report compares current year Outstanding Amounts (by department), to previous years. It's a great report for reviewing progress over time (for those of you who've been using Kindo payment requests for a while).
Previous years' data is drawn from both active and retired amounts charged/paid. Please remember: if you've applied a payment request in error, these should be corrected using 'unapply', and not 'retired'. And if you haven't added Department codes to your payable items, do it now!
We are also embarking on a deep dive into reporting to understand what's great and what needs work. We would love to hear from you so please submit your email from the new Payables Reporting landing page and we will be in touch.
Moving to Amazon Web Services (AWS)
This huge project was wrapped up in January and is already delivering on the speed enhancements we were looking for. Now bulk emails such as payment reminders are sending out at a rate 7x faster, and peak loads are handled easily, along with security enhancements and new capabilities ready for use.
