Disabling order notifications
Access: Menu Administrators
To stop Order Administrators from receiving email notifications use Item Editor. Note that the Administrator will not receive notifications for any orders placed once you have disabled notifications.
1. On the partner site select item editor and check you are operating as the correct supplier.
2. Select Manage Order Administrators on the right side of your screen.
3. A pop-up box with a list of all your Order Administrators will appear. Select the person who no longer wants to receive the emails and UNTICK Receive Order Notification leaving a blank circle.
4. Click Done.
