Changing the order of your categories within a service

Access: Service Administrators

The order of your items within a service can be changed at any time. This means you can have the most recent item, least popular item (to promote it) or priority item at the top.

Your Kindo Payables icon will always appear at the top of the page for your users. Your items will appear under this icon if you have Kindo Payables.


Login to the partner site and select service manager.

Move your mouse onto the service you wish to edit.


Hover over the items within that service.

A little white hand will appear, on the handles.














Click and drag the item up or down the column to the desired position.

Select Save & Publish to make the changes live for your families.
