Basic Setup for Kindo Payables

Background

This setup will show you how to;
  1. create a payable on the partner site,
  2. apply payable item on the shop site,
Outstanding Payables items will appear on the home page for each family on their personalised myKindo account as follows:



Caregivers can easily select the payable item by clicking on the Add to cart.

Payable items automatically default to allowing part-payments. Caregivers can choose to change the payment amount by clicking in the white box and entering the amount they wish to pay, before adding to cart. Kindo will keep a track of what has been paid.  


If you wish to turn off part payments for a payable item, please contact our helpdesk - helpdesk@kindo.co.nz.

In the example below, you can see Kendal has two personalised payments, waiting to be paid. 



Student ID Card has part-payment turned off.
T3 Trip has part-payment option, so caregivers are allowed to enter the amount they wish to pay in the white box.

You can create your payable items easily using the following steps, working on the partner site:
  1. Create a payable item;
