Access: Menu Administrator
Create an online form by adding questions or permissions to your Kindo Shop items.
1. On the partner site select item editor, and check you are operating as the correct supplier.
2. Select the category the item is in, the items will pop up on the right hand side of your screen.
3. Next to each item are four icons. Select the Edit item button (alternatively you can simply click on the item name).
4. Scroll down to Form Questions and start filling in the fields.
5. Question ID will only appear on your reports, it will not be visible to users. What you enter here will be the column header in your reports and will remind you what the question was about.
6. Enter your question or statement under Question, this is what your users will see and respond to.
7. The drop down menu under Answer gives three options:
- Text - users can type their response in the space provided
- Date - users will need to enter in a date (useful for rugby registrations)
- Yes/No - users will be prompted to select a yes or no answer.
8. If you tick Compulsory, users must answer the question to be able to add the item to their cart. Leaving this blank means the question does not have to be answered.
9. Add more questions by clicking in the Add space. You can have as many questions and statements as you require.
10. Change the order of the questions by grabbing the = to the left of each question and moving up or down (see below).
11. Scroll to the top of the page and select either Save Draft to save your changes (but not make them visible to your users), or Save & Publish to make your changes live on your shop site.
