Adding Questions for Kindo Payables
Access: Kindo Payable Administrator
You can add questions to Kindo Payable items to create customized
online forms for collecting important information.
Creating Questions for Payable Items
In the Create Payable screen, locate the Questions section at the bottom of the page
For each question, you can configure:
Use the + Add Question button to add more questions
Use the grab handles = (parallel lines) to the left of each question to drag and reorder them up or down
You can also remove questions by using the trash icon
Example of how the questions will look at checkout:
- Questions marked as Required must be answered before users can proceed.
- If you also accept
POS payments, ensure you have a process to capture these form responses (for example using a hard copy paper form).
