The add summary field allows you to add information about the Item. This summary will appear on your Shop site, right below the Item's Name, without the user having to click anything to find out more.

1. On the partner site select item editor and check you are operating as the correct supplier.
2. Select the category the item is in. You can scroll through the categories to select.
3. Select the item and click the pencil icon to edit.
4. Start typing in the Click to add summary box.
5. Enter the information you wish to appear. You can type or copy & paste from other documents, use the formatting tools and include links to websites or other documents.
6. To add a hyperlink, highlight the text you want to link. Then click on the Link button.
7. Type or copy & paste the URL you wish to link to, then click on the tick to save.
8. When you are happy with the text, links and formatting, click on the tick to close the window.
9. Scroll to the top and Save Draft to save your changes but not make them visible to your users, or Save & Publish to save your changes and make them live on the shop site. The information you have just added in the add summary field will appear automatically on the screen for your users.
